Adelaide United have received a huge boost ahead of this weekend’s clash with Newcastle Jets with South Australian trio Ryan Kitto, Nathan Konstandopoulos and Nikola Mileusnic signing contract extensions with the club.
Kitto and Konstandopoulos have both put pen-to-paper on two-year extensions, meaning their new deals will run until the end of the Hyundai A-League 2019/20 Season.
“I’m very excited because it’s obviously the Club I grew up loving and to know I’m going to be here for another two years is really great,” Kitto said.
“This is something that I’m proud of and I’m really happy here with all the boys and the coaching staff and hopefully we can be successful in the near future.”

Konstandopoulos, who has also flourished since returning to his hometown club from Brisbane Roar, has been a reliable option in midfield whenever called upon by Head Coach, Marco Kurz.
The 21-year-old has featured in a total of 13 matches this year, scoring one goal in the Reds’ 3-0 drubbing of Melbourne Victory in the Westfield FFA Cup Round of 16.
“I’m so proud to be a part of this great team, great Club, and knowing that I’m going to be here for the next two years is a dream,” Konstandopoulos said.
“The boss (Kurz) and the boys are excellent and hopefully we can go on to achieve big things this season.”
Mileusnic, 24, has agreed to a one-year extension, tying him to the Reds until the conclusion of the 2018/19 campaign.
This year, under the guidance of Kurz, Mileusnic has nailed down a starting berth and scored five goals and registered three assists in 15 appearances across all competitions.
