Across the league starting from the Westfield FFA Cup on Wednesday, the Hyundai A-League joined a global outpouring – including one referee in Holland who refused to book a player for taking his shirt off to reveal his support for the Brazilian club – of emotion and respect for lives lost after the tragedy.
