A thing of beauty from “King Castro”. A free-kick from beyond 20 yards and on a slight angle, Glory’s Spanish whiz caressed a curling shot up and over the wall and past a sprawling Vedran Janjetovic and inside the left post.
BLAKE POWELL (MARINERS V ROAR)
Receiving the ball in the box from youngster Lachlan Wales, Powell skilfully skips around the outside of Jack Hingert with a stepover before fizzing a fine left-footed finish across keeper Jamie Young.
NIKOLAI TOPOR-STANLEY (JETS V CITY)
Great skill from Patricio Rodriguez to twist past his defender before floating a ball into the box which Topor-Stanley expertly heads beyond the stranded Dean Bouzanis.
