Central Coast Mariners have appointed Warren Moon as interim head coach ahead of the Isuzu UTE A-League 2025-26 season.
Former Brisbane Roar boss Moon arrives in Gosford on an interim basis following the departure of treble-winning coach Mark Jackson, who has pursued an opportunity abroad, as Central Coast continue their search for a permanent replacement.

Woon was last in the Isuzu UTE A-League via Brisbane, while he was recently in charge of the Papua New Guinea national team.

The Mariners are preparing for Sunday’s season opener against rivals Newcastle Jets in a blockbuster F3 Derby.
“A change in the tide also brings with it clarity on the horizon,” said Mariners CEO Greg Brownlow.
“We have secured an interim coaching structure to guide the team while the appointment for a permanent head coach progresses.
