“Brisbane Roar extends a big thanks to both players for their contribution to the club and wish them all the best in their future,” a statement read.

Corbin starred in her one season with the Roar, claiming the club’s Golden Boot award with 10 goals as well as four assists in 22 appearances.

Meanwhile, defender Scarpelli was a key pillar in Brisbane’s defence across her 17 games.

This off-season, the Roar have signed Singapore international Danelle Tan, Zara Kruger, former Lazio star Evdokia Popadinova, Emily Pringle and Tanaye Morris.

Brisbane have also re-signed CommBank Matildas forward Sharn Freier and Keeley Richards, on top of head coach Alex Smith’s contract extension.
