Brisbane Roar have confirmed the signing of forward Adam Zimarino on a one-year deal ahead of the 2024-25 Isuzu UTE A-League season.
After mutually agreeing to terminate his contract with Perth, the 23-year old will now link up with his former Glory head coach Ruben Zadkovich, who is preparing to oversee his first pre-season in charge of the Queenslanders.

Despite making his Isuzu UTE A-League debut for the Glory in 2022, Zimarino ultimately found match minutes hard to come by in Western Australia, making just 25 league appearances in total.
The move to Brisbane not only provides Zimarino with the opportunity to re-unite with former boss Zadkovich but it is also likely to see the forward gain regular game time in 2024-25.
“After speaking to Ruben, Zac (CEO Zac Anderson) and others from the club it made my decision fairly easy,” said Zimarino after inking his new contract.
“I’m excited for this opportunity and can’t wait to get going. The club’s going in the right direction which is something I’d love to be a part of.
He added: “For me personally, this year I want to contribute to the team, score goals and
ultimately help the team win and get to where this club deserves to be.”
The Roar are certainly undergoing a rebuild this off-season as Zadkovich prepares for his first full season in charge of the club.
