All-female match officials panel to make history in the Isuzu UTE A-League

History will be made in the Isuzu UTE A-League Men on Wednesday night when an all-female match officials panel officiates the showdown between Western Sydney Wanderers and Macarthur Bulls.

Football Australia (FA) announced six female match officials will oversee the New Year’s Day fixture at CommBank Stadium in a significant milestone for Australian football.

Casey Reibelt, who became just the second woman to referee an Isuzu UTE A-League contest in 2022 before becoming the first Australian woman to referee in the AFC Champions League, will hold the whistle for the Wanderers-Macarthur matchup in Western Sydney.
