The finish line is almost here, with a berth in the Isuzu UTE A-League Grand Final on May 25 on offer for the four remaining teams.

Reigning premiers Central Coast Mariners and Wellington Phoenix will be back on home soil for the second legs of their respective Semi-Final ties against Sydney FC and Melbourne Victory.

While away goals are not a factor in the two-legged Semi-Finals, defending champions the Mariners trumped Sydney FC 2-1 away from home at Allianz Stadium on Friday night.

Mark Jackson’s high flyers and AFC Cup champions will now head to Gosford looking to reach a second straight Grand Final at Industree Group Stadium on Saturday night. The match is scheduled to begin at 7:45pm (AEST).

It has been a record-breaking season for the Phoenix and they will entertain Victory in their first ever Semi-Final on home soil at Sky Stadium, where a big crowd is expected, following Sunday’s 0-0 draw at AAMI Park. Kick-off is slated for 4:30pm AEST/6:30pm (NZST) on Saturday.

If Central Coast win through against Sydney, the Mariners will host the Grand Final at Industree Group Stadium at 7:45pm AEST (9:45pm NZT) against either Wellington Phoenix or Melbourne Victory.

Should Wellington win through to their first-ever Grand Final they will host the showpiece event at Sky Stadium Kick off is set to be at 8.00pm NZT (6:00pm AEST) with Sydney FC the possible opponent.

The third possible scenario for this season’s Grand Final is Victory hosting Sydney which would take place at AAMI Park, with kick off set for 7:45pm AEST (9:45pm NZT).
