Wellington Phoenix have confirmed New Zealand international Tim Payne will be sidelined for the upcoming Isuzu UTE A-League rounds due to a broken collarbone.
Payne suffered the injury during the Phoenix’s 96th-minute victory over Brisbane Roar at Sky Stadium on Sunday.

The Wellington star succumbed to the problem inside the first 15 minutes of the Round 2 showdown, meaning he will also be out of contention to represent the All Whites in next month’s international friendlies against Colombia and Ecuador.
