Eligible memberships include Platinum Reserved Seat, Gold Reserved Seat, Silver Reserved Seat, Red Full Season, Premium Red Full Season, 8-Game Flexi’s & 5-Game Flexi’s. Ineligible memberships who will be unable to upload their membership card include 3-Game Flexi, Club, and Baby Members. Please note, 3-Game Flexi Members must redeem a ticket via Ticketek, using your membership barcode. If you have any further queries, please contact Adelaide United at membership@aufc.com.au
Memberships can only be uploaded for the following clubs – Wellington Phoenix, Central Coast Mariners, Macarthur Bulls, Adelaide United and Western United. If you are trying to upload a membership for those clubs and experiencing difficulties, please check the dedicated FAQ for your club below. All other Leagues clubs currently do not have this feature available.
Yes, membership cards can be uploaded to multiple membership hubs for your convenience.
Yes, simply login to your “My Membership Hub” and in the top right corner you will see a red circle with red line; click that and the membership will remove from your Membership Hub
Yes, simply login and select “Scan” in the My Membership hub and you can upload as many memberships as you require.
You must be registered and logged into the app to upload and access your membership. Please follow the prompts in the top right profile icon to register/login
