Etoro Mens Playmaker of the year


(a) The overall winner of the A-League Men Shark Fan Player of the Year award (Award) will be
determined from a list of nominees (Nominees) based on the following process:
(i) A list of Nominees will be produced at the end of the Regular Season based on FotMob statistics. The top ten (10) eligible Players will be nominated based on
performance statistics from the Regular Season.
(ii) In addition, each Shark Fan Player of the Month award will automatically be included
in the shortlist of Nominees for the Award resulting in a potential shortlist of up to sixteen (16) Nominees.
(b) A fan vote will then be conducted where fans will vote for the winner from the list of Nominees. The winner will be the Player with the most fan votes at the conclusion of the Voting Period outlined in clause (d) of these Terms and Conditions, and who is eligible for the Award.
(c) If two (2) or more eligible Players finish equal on the most votes at the end of the Voting Period,
joint winners will be awarded the Award. The Award will be presented to the winner(s) of the
award at the conclusion of the Regular Season.

Fan Vote
(d) The fan vote will open on 12.00am AEST on 12 May 2025 and close at 12.00pm AEST on 16 May 2025 (Voting Period).
(e) To vote, a fan will be required to go to the relevant award voting page and register with their email address.
(f) Each fan will be entitled to vote once per award category.
(g) Fans under the age of 18 are required to obtain their parent or guardian’s permission before voting.
(h) The APL’s decision in relation to any aspects of the voting process is final and binding on every person who votes.
(i) Any dispute arising from the voting process shall be reviewed and resolved by the APL in its
sole discretion. APL’s decisions shall be final and binding.
(j) The APL reserves the right, at any time, in its sole discretion, to:
(i) verify the validity of votes and voters (including but not limited to a voter’s identity,
age and place of residence); and/or
(ii) disqualify any voter who submits a vote that is not in accordance with these terms
and conditions or who tampers with the voting process; and/or
(iii) disqualify at any time any vote that, in the opinion of the APL includes objectionable
content, profanity or is potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory.
(k) Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible votes will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be
taken for lost or misdirected votes.
(l) If the vote is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the APL, including but not
limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, technical difficulties, unauthorised
intervention or fraud, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or
proper conduct of this promotion, the APL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest
extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any voter who tampers with the entry process; or (b)
subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or
cancel the vote, as appropriate.
(m) The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that
allows a voter to automatically vote repeatedly is prohibited and will render all votes submitted
by that voter invalid.

Competition Policies and Procedures
The above procedure and terms and conditions is subject to the terms set out in the A-League
“Competition Policies and Procedures – Awards”, including the ineligibility rules. To the extent of any
inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the A-League “Competition Policies and
Procedures – Awards”, the A-League “Competition Policies and Procedures – Awards” will prevail.
Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in these terms and conditions have the same meaning as in
the A-League “Competition Policies and Procedures – Awards”.

Shark Mens Player of the Year


(a) The overall winner of the A-League Men Shark Fan Player of the Year award (Award) will be

(iii) disqualify at any time any vote that, in the opinion of the APL includes objectionable
content, profanity or is potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory.
(k) Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible votes will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be
taken for lost or misdirected votes.
(l) If the vote is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the APL, including but not
limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, technical difficulties, unauthorised

extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any voter who tampers with the entry process; or (b)

Boost Mobile Mens Young Footballer of the Year


(a) The A-League Men Boost Mobile Young Footballer of the Year award (Award) is awarded to
the A-League Men ‘Best Young Player of the Year’ for the Regular Season.
(b) Only Australian and New Zealand Players aged 23 and younger (being a Player born no earlier
than 1 January 2001 for the A-League Men 2024/25 Season) registered to the Club’s A-League
Men Player Roster or A-League Youth Player Roster are eligible.
(c) The Award is judged by an APL appointed panel (Panel) of technical football experts (which
may include former professional A-League Men Players), media representatives and a fan
voting mechanism (as set out below).
(d) One (1) young Player is nominated as the best young Player each month throughout the
Regular Season based on the following process unless otherwise determined by APL:
(i) The Panel will vote on a 3-2-1 basis at the conclusion of each nominated monthly
period throughout the Regular Season.
(ii) The eligible Player who receives the most votes for that month will be determined
as the monthly nominee.
(iii) If two (2) or more Players are tied for votes at the conclusion of the month, the
monthly nominee will be determined in the following order:
(A) the Player with the higher number of ‘3’ votes;
(B) the Player with the higher number of ‘2’ votes; and
(iv) In the event that the votes are still equal for a Player, a re- vote conducted by the
Panel where each Panel member votes for one (1) Player from the Players who are
tied; and
(v) In the event that the re-vote still results in a tied outcome then APL will appoint a
technical football expert to cast a determining vote.
(vi) A Player can only receive one (1) young Player of the month nomination during the
Regular Season.
(e) The overall winner of the Award will be determined from the list of monthly nominees along with
an additional nomination given to the young Player with the most cumulative votes over the
course of the Season, based on the following process:
(i) The Panel will each vote on a 3-2-1 basis at the conclusion of the Regular Season
from the pool of monthly nominees; and
(ii) Fan votes entered during the voting period outlined in clause (f) below (Voting
Period) will be ranked in order from the highest to lowest as follows:
(A) 3 points allocated to the Player with the most votes;
(B) 2 points allocated to the Player with the second most votes; and
(C) 1 point allocated to the Player with the third most votes.
(iii) In the event that two (2) or more Players receive an equal number of fan votes at
the conclusion of the Voting Period, the APL appointed Technical Panel Chairperson will determine the allocation of points for the tied Players.
(iv) The eligible Player(s) who receives the most panel and fan points (combined) for
the Regular Season will be determined the winner of the Award.
(v) If two (2) or more eligible Players finish equal on the most points, joint winners will
be awarded the Award. The Award will be presented to the winner(s) of the Award at
the conclusion of the Regular Season.
Fan Vote
(f) The fan vote will open on 12.00am AEST on 12 May 2025 and close at 12.00pm AEST on 16
May 2025.
(g) To vote, a fan will be required to go to the relevant award voting page and register with their email address.

Isuzu UTE Mens Goal of the year

A-League Men Isuzu UTE Goal of the Year award (Award) is awarded to the Player who is
judged to have scored the best goal of the A-League Men Regular Season.
(b) Players are nominated and voted for by an APL appointed panel (Panel) and a fan voted
mechanism as prescribed by APL, at the conclusion of the A-League Men Regular Season.
(c) The overall winner of the Award will be determined from the list of nominees based on the
following process:
(i) The Panel will each vote on a 3-2-1 basis from the pool of nominees; and
(ii) Fan votes entered during the voting period outlined in clause (d) below (Voting
Period) will be ranked in order from the highest to lowest as follows:
(A) 3 points allocated to the Player/Goal with the most votes;
(B) 2 points allocated to the Player/Goal with the second most votes; and
(C) 1 point allocated to the Player/Goal with the third most votes.
(iii) In the event that two (2) or more Players/Goals receive an equal number of fan
votes at the conclusion of the Voting Period, the allocation of points will be split
equally (e.g. if the top two are tied they would receive 2.5 points each and 3rd would
receive 1. If there was a tie between 2nd & 3rd, 3 points would go to 1st and 1.5
points to 2nd and 3rd).
(iv) The eligible Player/Goal who receives the most Panel and fan points (combined)
will be determined the winner of the Award.
(v) In the event that two (2) or more Player/Goals receive an equal number of panel
and fan points (combined) the APL appointed Technical Panel Chairperson will
determine the winner.

The A-League Men Save of the Year award (Award) is awarded to the Player (Goalkeeper)
who is judged to have made the best save of the A-League Men Regular Season.
(b) Players are nominated and voted for by an APL appointed panel (Panel) and a fan voted
mechanism as prescribed by APL, at the conclusion of the A-League Men Regular Season.
(c) The overall winner of the Award will be determined from the list of nominees based on the
following process:
(i) The Panel will each vote on a 3-2-1 basis from the pool of nominees; and
(ii) Fan votes entered into during the voting period outlined in clause (d) below (Voting
Period) will be ranked in order from the highest to lowest as follows:
