“With a strong core of players returning and the momentum from last year’s success, I’m excited to build on that progress and make a meaningful impact within the team,” said Jackson.
Jackson is the latest new face at the Jets after Bel Rolley, Danielle Krzyzaniak, India Breier, Ava Piazza, Chloe Walandouw, Josie Allan and Mia Green.
Newcastle have also re-signed Cassidy Davis, Emma Dundas, Claudia Cicco, Sophie Hoban, Natasha Prior, Milan Hammond, Libby Copus-Brown, Tiahna Robertson, Lorena Baumann, Josie Wilson, Josie Allan and Chloe Walandouw.
“Deven adds a lot of experience to a young team which is something that I am excited about. Her ability to play a range of positions is a key strength of her game,” said Jets head coach Ryan Campbell.
“I am looking forward to her adding to our squad and I am sure she will be a great addition to the squad.”
